Stephen G. Dent is the president of Dent Inc., a private investment banking firm located in Greenwich, CT. Among his many duties, he is the primary overseer of all of DCI’s investment activity.

Most of Stephen’s career was spent in various finance and investment activities and he’s worked exclusively in the areas of finance, investments and acquisitions since 1982.

After working for PricewaterhouseCoopers for three-years, Stephen became a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Department for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. following graduate school. Before he left to start DCI, Stephen joined Rosenkranz & Company, which is a private investment partnership that specialized in acquisitions for their own account.

Stephen is a licensed CPA and holds a BA and a MBA from Harvard University.

When he’s not working, Stephen enjoys spending time on his favorite hobby, marine life, which he became fascinated with during a trip to Hawaii as a young boy.
